Southwest Airlines ‘Wanna Get Away’ ticket is also eligible for full refunds, however, only when it comes under the Southwest Airlines 24-hour cancelation policy. If you cancel a ‘Wanna Get Away’ ticket within 24 hours from the original ticket purchase time, you will get full refunds for your ticket. Southwest Airlines 24-hour flight cancelation policy allows customers to get full refunds irrespective of fare types if it is canceled within 24 hours from the purchase time and the flight date is more than 7 days.

A ‘Wanna Get Away’ flight ticket is reusable. It means if you cancel a ‘wanna get away’ ticket 10 minutes prior to the flight departure time, you get refunds in the form of future travel credit. Southwest Airlines future travel credit can be used within one year from its issue date and can be utilized only by the person to whom it is issued.
